Are you looking for a fun and social way to exercise and learn some new dance moves? If so, you might want to check out Grapevine Dance at the Sonoma Community Center for Line Dancing and lessons. Line dancing is a popular form of dance that involves a group of people performing synchronized steps to various genres of music. It’s a great way to improve your coordination, balance, and rhythm while having a blast with your friends or meeting new ones.\n

Grapevine Dance offers lessons for all ages, levels of experience and ability. You will learn a variety of popular line dances from beginner to advanced. The classes are taught by friendly and experienced instructors at Grapevine;  Jake, Courtney and Victoria (see bios and favorite dances below. )  They will guide you through the dances and make sure you have fun along the way. You don’t need a partner to join the classes, just bring yourself and your enthusiasm.\n

Grapevine Dance was formed when three friends decided there wasn’t enough social life in Sonoma Valley. They took it upon themselves to reach out to local businesses to partner with them for social line dance evenings. What started as a fun hobby quickly became a rapidly growing community of people passionate for learning and gathering together to dance.\n

The only thing you need to wear is comfortable closed-toed shoes, boots are not required but recommended for the authentic line-dancing feel.\n
