Join us for a festive and fun baking class where you will learn how to make two delicious holiday breads: mini panettone with chocolate and cranberry almond braid. Panettone is a traditional Italian sweet bread that is usually filled with candied fruits and raisins, but we will make a chocolate version that is equally scrumptious. Cranberry almond braid is a buttery and flaky pastry that is filled with tangy cranberries and crunchy almonds, perfect for breakfast or dessert. You will learn how to make the doughs, shape them, and bake them to perfection. You will also get to take home some of the breads you make and enjoy them with your family and friends. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate bakers who want to improve their skills and impress their guests with homemade holiday breads. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from our experienced instructor and have a great time in the kitchen!
