Join Chef Ed and David as they show you ??how to cook simple and delicious meals at home. This demo starts with a short trip across the street to the Patch, where we harvest seasonal ingredients and prepare a simple meal to enjoy together!

Chef Ed Metcalfe is the former owner/Executive Chef of Shiso sushi restaurant in Sonoma for 12 years, and has cooked all over the world. He also teaches at CIA/Copia (Napa), Ramekins, and other culinary schools. David Asher prides himself on being a well-connected foodierge who curates selections from the local farmers markets. A Sustainable Agriculture & Culinary Arts student in sushi apprenticeship, he is developing a vegan line of ramen & sushi. Chef Ed and David operate Sushimotos www.sushimotos.com, a local catering and culinary class company. Both are passionate about food and gardening, and love bringing products from farm to table.
