On a wildly remote Scottish island, eccentric siblings Isla and Sandy have spent their lives happily cut off from the outside world—until an awkward council official arrives with devastating news: they’ll have to leave. What follows is an uproarious, wonderfully weird and unexpectedly touching battle of wills, packed with deadpan Scottish humor, ancient folklore, absurd encounters, sibling chaos and one hopelessly out-of-his-depth bureaucrat. THE INCOMER is a hilarious, big-hearted comedy about outsiders, belonging and the unexpected connections
that can change everything.
