Sabor de Mazatlan with Chef Gerardo Diaz and a night of traditional Mexican coastal ceviche paired. Enjoy a relaxing night of demonstrations of the steps to making the perfect ceviche. Because ceviche needs time to build its flavors over several hours, Chef Gerardo will have made in advance a feast for all to enjoy after the class.
