Hands on Cheesemaking Class each Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Each station will make 3# of fresh Creme de Ricotta, and feature our spice bar to create your own cheese blend. Each guest receives a cheese cloth, cheese ladle, cheese recipe card, cheese trail map, while enjoying an artisan cheese plate and complimentary wine.
