Our Spring Day Retreat is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy and celebrate the splendor of Spring, and engage in loving self-care and gentle introspection in an intimate gathering. We will focus on renewal and rebirth, and invite growth with personal intentions and connection to nature and the changing season.

In both beautiful outdoor and spacious inspiring indoor settings we will engage the senses and deepen our connection to the season and ourselves. We will meet at 7th St Flower Farms and finish at Glen Ellen Gathering Space. Our itinerary includes:

•Meet at 7th St Flower Farms in Sonoma for a tour, walking flower picking meditation and learn to design a small hand held bouquet to keep
•Reunite at gorgeous, nature surrounded Glen Ellen Gathering Space at Jack London Village, currently featuring the solo art exhibition of the venerable Tibetan Buddhist Lama Tashi.
•Enjoy the lovely tea bar
•Be supportively guided in a peaceful and introspective day of intention setting, meditation, visualization and somatic experiencing.

Meet your Facilitators

Emily Steele
brings over 30 years of experience in the floral arts and is eager to continue sharing her love for flowers. Currently, she works as an Integrative Coach and Bodyworker with 11 years of expertise, dedicated to promoting healing in her client's body, mind, and spirit within the Sonoma community. Emily is a VITA-certified Sex, Love, and Relationship Coach from the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality and holds a certificate in Integrative Massage Therapy from the University of New Mexico, along with a BA from UC Santa Cruz. She is a mother of three, a healer, and an educator who values lifelong self-reflection and spiritual growth. Currently, she provides coaching incorporating somatic and embodiment practices for women undergoing mid-life transitions and will soon introduce Couples Transformation and workshop series to her offerings.

Lily Love Rossman
is a High Priestess, Psychotherapist, Herbalist, Medicine Woman, Mother, Sister, Witch, Enchantress of the Forest, Caretaker of the Earth, Healer of Hearts, Wisdom Keeper and Catalyst for Awakening.

Lily has been leading Women's Circles, rituals and groups for over 25 years. She has been a psychotherapist for almost 20 years; and is forever expanding her consciousness, healing her own attachment wounds, transforming her ancestral lineage and is eternally a student of Life. Her Sacred Path has led her back to her own Heart, teaching her that Love is the Way.

Lily has had professional trainings in EMDR, Perinatal Mood Disorders, Somatic Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT - Tapping), Access Consciousness, Theta Healing and Mindful Meditation. She has also studied Herbalism, Medicine Facilitation, Shamanic work, Priestess Temple Arts and Ritual, Birth Doula, Environmental Educator and have a M.A. from Southwestern College in Transformational Psychology and Counseling and a B.A. from Penn State.
